Job description

As a Support Agent at Binkobank, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve their issues quickly and warmly. You’ll become an expert on our products, advocate for customers internally, and help us improve every day.

Job responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Investigate and resolve issues, escalating when needed
  • Document common issues and contribute to help center articles
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic tone in every interaction

Job requirements

  • One-plus years of customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using support tools like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Ability to work shifts and occasional weekends
