Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Binkobank. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital banking services. Please read them carefully before opening an account or using our products.

Terms & Conditions

By opening a Binkobank account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prevent you from using regulated financial services. You also agree to provide accurate identification documents and to keep your contact details up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

What are the terms for Binkobank accounts?

Your Binkobank account is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your credentials, including any transactions initiated using your card, mobile app, or online banking access. If you suspect unauthorized activity, you must notify our support team without delay so that we can take protective measures, such as freezing the account or issuing a replacement card.

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a banking agreement in your country of residence.
  • Provide valid, government-issued identification and accurate personal information during onboarding.
  • Keep your login credentials, PIN, and one-time codes confidential and never share them with anyone.
  • Use your Binkobank account only for lawful personal financial activity and not on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

You must not use your Binkobank account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction we reasonably believe may breach applicable law, our internal policies, or these Terms.

Rules & prohibited usage of Binkobank accounts

Accounts found in breach of these rules may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Where required by law, we will report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory authorities. You agree to cooperate with any investigation we initiate, including providing supporting documentation about the source of funds or the purpose of a transaction.

Privacy policy

We collect, store, and process personal data in order to provide our services, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations. The categories of data we handle include identification details, transaction history, device and location information, and any communication you exchange with our support team. Full details are available in our separate Privacy Notice.

User policy

We expect every Binkobank customer to use our services in a way that respects other users, our staff, and the integrity of the platform. Abusive language directed at our support team, attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or efforts to disrupt our systems are grounds for immediate account closure.

Rules of good conduct with Binkobank

When interacting with Binkobank, treat your account credentials as confidential, never share one-time codes with anyone (including someone claiming to be a member of our staff), and report any suspicious message you receive to our support team. Maintaining good conduct helps us protect both your funds and the wider community of customers we serve.
