Setting up your new Binkobank account

Welcome to Binkobank. Your account is open — now let us get it ready for everyday use. The setup steps below take about ten minutes total and unlock everything your account can do, from instant payments to savings goals.

Your first five minutes

A few quick actions in the app will make daily banking with Binkobank smoother. We recommend doing these before your first transaction.

• Enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) for faster, more secure access.
• Add a profile photo and confirm your phone number for two-factor authentication.
• Choose your notification preferences for transactions, balance alerts, and security events.
• Top up your balance with an instant bank transfer or card payment.

Ordering your physical card

Head to the Cards section and tap "Order card." Confirm your delivery address and choose between standard or express shipping. Most cards arrive within three to five business days. Until your card arrives, you can use the virtual card details inside the app for online and in-app purchases.
