Inviting team members to Binkobank Business

If you are on a Binkobank Business plan, you can invite colleagues, contractors, or co-founders to share access to your account. Each invited member gets their own login and you stay in control of what they can see and do.

How to send an invitation

Inviting someone is straightforward and takes less than a minute. You will need their email address and a clear idea of what role they should have on your account.

  • Open the Binkobank app and go to Settings → Team.
  • Tap "Invite a member" and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  • Choose a role: Viewer (read-only), Spender (can make payments up to a daily limit you set), or Admin (full access except for closing the account).
  • Send the invite — they will receive an email with a link to accept and create their own login.

Managing existing team members

You can change a team member's role, set or update spending limits, or remove access at any time from Settings → Team. Removing someone instantly revokes their access on every device they are signed in on, and you will get a confirmation in your activity feed.
